- How to access and navigate the JIRA site
- How to access the Kanban board for your team
- How to use it to track the priority, status, and assignee for each ticket
- How to navigate the JIRA ticket screen
- How to address the issue identified in a JIRA ticket
- How to use the comment field
- How to write issue rationales
- How to change the status and assignee for a JIRA ticket
- The overall workflow/lifespan of a JIRA ticket
